Spartan Certified Refurbished Assets
If you are not in the position to acquire new assets or simply feel that you don’t require new assets, Spartan has access to first tier, certified refurbished equipment which will satisfy your needs and even exceed your expectations.
Maintenance
Signing on with Spartan to maintain your equipment, you are assured of fast and professional service. We also assure the minimum of downtime, if your equipment ever fails with the option of taking a loan unit to ensure not a moment’s downtime.
Insurance
Spartan has managed to negotiate excellent coverage for your essential technology equipment through one of South Africa’s leading insurers. By having your equipment covered under this policy, you not only take full advantage of these low monthly rates, but Spartan is your only contact point. We will chase and deal with the insurance company directly, saving you the stress and headaches that come with every insurance claim. We like to keep it simple for our customer.
Loan Units
If there is a need, at any stage, of your rental contract for a loan unit, even if it’s before your ordered equipment arrives, or because there is a problem with one of your existing machines, Spartan has a dynamic stock level of Tier 1 refurbished equipment which we will make available to you immediately.
End of life disposal
Spartan also ensures that you are not burdened with equipment which is outside of its useful life. This equipment is expensive to dispose of. Disposal must be done in a controlled and ‘green’ way. This hassle is also handled by Spartan so you can concentrate on your business’s core competencies.
Warranty Management
Spartan can take away the hassle of having to activate and manage the warranty of the equipment on your rental contract.
